This small but friendly club was first established in the early 1980s. It continues to go from strength to strength. Within the club, there is something for everyone, whether you run for pleasure, enjoy the social interactions, race competitively or want to try cycling and swimming.

Saturday morning saw another strong turnout at parkrun events, with members spread across several locations.
