I originally came from a swimming background, with lifeguard and swim coach qualifications.
I’ve done various sports over the years, including 5 years of American football.
I’ve done Ironman twice, rode Liverpool to Scarborough, done a double ultra trail run and swum Windermere end to end.
These days I’m into canicross racing with my dogs and am the club’s rep for all things dog sport related.
