We meet every Wednesday in the foyer of Horwich Leisure Centre at 6.55pm for a 7.00pm start. We usually start off with a few announcements before splitting off into groups, it’s all very informal and friendly. Normally there are two groups that head towards the trails around Horwich and Rivington and one or two groups that stick to the roads.

If you are running with us in the winter, please ensure that you bring a head torch and suitable clothing.

If you would like to join, the current cost for members is an annual fee of £33. The fee is payable every March. If you would like to join, please complete the following form and email membership@lostock-ac.co.uk to arrange payment:

Tuesday we have a strength and conditioning Boot camp starting at 7pm. The sessions is ran by our very own Mel who puts us all through our paces. The boot camp is and additional fee. Please contact us at membership@losctock-ac.co.uk

Thursday we have a Yoga Class starting at 6.30pm ran by the talented Carolyn of Yoga Art with Carolyn (Yoga Art with Carolyn) Again the Yoga Class is an additional fee, please contact us for further information.

Friday we have a 7am track session with Rachel. The session takes place at the Bolton Arena Track and is £10 for 4 sessions.

    Joining Lostock AC has been one of the best things that's ever happened to me. I decided to give it a try mainly to loose weight and meet new people. It's really helped with my weight, mental health and output on life. I've been in the club over a year now. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and I love being part of the Lostock family. My running has definitely improved, especially seeing all the medals I've won. It is not just running, Lostock offers other activities too such as cycling, bootcamp and skiing. All I've had a go at which has just been brilliant. Lostock is my second family . I have entered the Machester marathon next year and an ultra. All this for someone who couldn't run . Everyone has made me feel very welcome in the club, I now consider myself to be a runner and would recommend anyone to give Lostock a try.

    I joined Lostock AC to help improve my running and to motivate me to run more often. The club has surpassed my expectations. I am not from Bolton originally and did not have many friends in the area. I now feel part of an extended family. I have been encouraged and supported to run half marathons, marathons and an Ultra. I would never believe this was possible 3 years ago.
