I am a qualified UKA run leader coach and I have a grounding in various sports, I did Thai boxing at a competitive level that led me to running, cycling and swimming. My greatest achievements are running the Manchester marathon and completing an Ultra 55km Event, I love taking part in sprint triathlons and other multi-sport events.
