Jo McManus is the Road Captain at Lostock AC.
Jo only started running in lockdown and joined Lostock AC after she developed a love for the sport.
Jo loves to race and it is rare that there is a weekend when she is not representing Lostock in a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon. She is an accomplished runner and will regularly secure podium position at races. She also regularly win her age category.
Jo regularly sets herself challenges, including running a half marathon every month and she completed her first Marathon in 2023,
