On Saturday 9 Lostock AC members competed in the Ian Hesketh memorial Duathlon. The duathlon starts at Rivington Primary School and participants complete a 5k run, 22k cycle followed by a 5k run. Mel completed the Chester ½ Marathon on Sunday. The race started at Chester Racecourse and participants ran through Chester City Centre and out to the beautiful Chester countryside before heading back to Chester for the finish.
