On Wednesday Jo, Rachel and George headed to Heaton Park to compete in the Runthrough festival of races. Jay took part in the Blackpool lights 10k. The race starts a 9pm and as the name suggests, the race heads along Blackpool Promenade taking in the world famous lights. Jay had an amazing run smashing his previous 10k time to achieve a PB of 50:53.

Lostocker Antony braved the wet weather on Saturday to compete in the Southport 10k. This is a flat and fast race starting on Marine drive and along the sea front, before a u-turn and heading back to the finish. Antony had a fantastic race achieving a personal best of 44:09.
