Louise took part in the Lakeland Cartmel 18k Trail Race. Starting in Cartmel the race heads out over the fells covering over 11 miles and an elevation gain of 1,250ft. louise had a fantastic race, finishing in 2:04:50.

Kath and Mel took part in the Team Dean, Alison Brady 10k in Lostock. This was an out and back race along the Middlebrook Cycle Path. Kath finished in 54:19 and Mel in 54:26.

September saw the final instalment of the Runthrough Media City 5k. Lostockers Jo and Rachel braved to cold weather to complete the 2 laps of Media City.
