There was a fantastic turn out of Lostock AC members at Parkrun on 28 December 2024.
At Bolton Parkrun, members joined 279 runners. TonyMaxwell was first in 26:37 (3rd in age category), followed by Sheila Garewal 30:30 (2nd in age category and 150th Parkrun),Gillian Caldwell 35:23 (1st in age category) and Stephen Davies 40:00.
273 runners and walkers completed Haigh Woodland Parkrun: David Wiles was first Lostocker to cross the finish line in 22:48 securing 2nd in his age category. Followed by Andy Laycock 23:36 (3rd in age category), Chris Baker 23:50, Greg Kilshaw 24:31, Jo McManus 25:06 (10th female and 1st in age category), Nikki Hamerton 25:36 (1st in age category), Janet Rhodes 26:57 (1st in age category), Matt Carney 27:01 (150thParkrun), Martin Smith 29:09, Ian Burns 29:42, Karen Taylor 33:17.
Tony Marlow attended Worden Parkrun, finishing in 24:12 (2ndin age category).

There were some outstanding results at Parkrun. At Bolton Parkrun, Lostockers celebrated Heather Soden’s 25th Parkrun. Soden finished in 28:16 securing 2nd in her age category.
