Race report by Jon:
A 2hr drive down to the England leg of the Fur Nations international event at Shipley Country Park this morning rewarded us with a new 5k canicross PB of 25:56. That was enough to place us 5th in the 2 dog category, so we earned really good England points too. Even better, with a poo stop, a water stop and a wee stop on the way round (none were me! 🤣), we’ve got the potential to go maybe 2 mins faster on a ‘clean’ run.
To top my day off, I hit my lowest weight in 4 years when I got on the scales this afternoon. 👍
I can’t wait for the final Fur Nations leg up at Glamis Castle, Dundee on the next bank holiday weekend.
