I joined Lostock AC around 8 years ago and was Membership Secretary for 3 years until 2025. My day job is as a Financial Controller and running allows me to de-stress after long days crunching numbers.
My running distances are usually around 10k on the road but longer on the trails, I personally prefer trail running to the road. I have participated in may races over the years, 10ks, half marathons, cross country and trail. I have loved them all especially when running with other Lostock members.
I also love to cycle and ski, I have been on all the trips organised by the club. I have made so many like-minded friends since joining Lostock, it really is a great club socially and for the running.
