Gareth and Louise headed to the Lake district take part in the Lakeland Trails Keswick challenges. It was an extremely hot day which impacted runners performances.
Gareth defeated the 10k, the includes 1000ft of climbing in 1:00:46, achieving 3rd in his age category. Despite 2 nasty falls, Louise was able to complete the 15k in an awesome 1:52:22.
