The Wigan 10k commences in Mesnes Park, completes a loop of the Brick Community Stadium and that back to the Park. There were some amazing results with Lostockers securing personal Bests. Paul Edwards finishing in a sensational 40:30 and was followed by Antony Sutton in 43:26, Jay Smith in 51:14. Other results include: Terri Aldred 52:49, Emma Chadwick 55:33, George Iveson 57:19, Dougie Ainsworth 59:19 and Jenna Wood 59:50.
Lostockers were on tour at Parkrun this weekend: Katie Edern ran 31:33 at Holyrood Park in Edinburgh to finish third in her age category, while Rachel Stevens produced an excellent run at Oosterplas Parkrun in the Netherlands, finishing in 26:45 to place eighth overall, second female and first in her age category.
