Andy, Sally, Nikki and Mary took part in the Walsh Two Lads Fell Race.
The race commences at the Bridge Inn on Church Street, Horwich and as the name suggests, ascends through Rivington and over Two Lads, before returning to the pub. This is a tough midweek race, covering 5 miles and an elevation gain of 1000ft.
Andy was the first Lostocker home in an awesome 50:48, shortly followed by Nikki in magnificent 51:30, enabling her to come first in her age category. Mary followed in 53:26, winning her age category. Sally also had a fantastic run, winning her age category in 53.51.
There were some outstanding results at Parkrun. At Bolton Parkrun, Lostockers celebrated Heather Soden’s 25th Parkrun. Soden finished in 28:16 securing 2nd in her age category.
