Rachel Hancock and Janet Rhodes took part in the third of the Sunnywood Project Stranger trails series. As part of the trail run, runners learned about the Gristlehurst Boggart.
Runners enjoyed the stunning trails through woodlands and fields in search of the precise location for where the boggart is said to have been laid to rest having been killed by a wooden stake through its chest. However, legend suggests that its death did not prevent further mischief taking place.
