Race report by Rachel H:
Ribby Hall Triathlon didn’t disappoint, the atmosphere in the pool area was relaxed and not highly competitive which helped with the nerves, the swim went well and I didn’t miss count my lengths then into T1, greeted by a very jovial chap with a blue moustache, glad I opted to don the jacket for the bike as there was a head wind at times, lovely flat course around country lanes had to watch out for squirrels and the duck crossing the road, before I knew it I was turning back into T2 then onto the run which was an out & back with a v shape at the half way point along a trail path, only one small hill to navigate and the finish just appears before you know it, really enjoyed it and would recommend for first timers 🏊🚴♀️🏃♀️
