On Sunday 3 Lostockers travelled to Ribble Valley to tcomplete the Longridge 7 mile race.
This was a tough race with an elevation gain of 810ft.
Tony was the first to compete the course in 1:02:22, followed by Mike in 1:04:00.
Sheila had an outstanding race finishing in 1:13:05, winning her age category. Sheila was also presented with a bottle of wine to enjoy along with her second Christmas Pudding of the weekend!

The October instalment of the Lostock AC Parkrun Championships took place at Worsley Woods Parkrun, with an impressive 22 Lostockers turning out for the 5k event. Set amongst the picturesque woodland and trails of Worsley, the course provides a mixture of paths, woodland sections and undulating terrain, making it a popular challenge for local runners. ...
