Race report by Hazel:
Today I completed the lions bridge half, it started out as a training run but felt strong so pushed it in the second half. This is a very relaxed race offering runners to do either a half, full or 50k on a lapped course on mostly all trail path starting at gin pit, aross through to lilford park then up an incline and over to green lane, looping back into gin pit (yes I did that awful incline 3 times).
Felt great and chuffed to have my son present me with my medal, came in second at 1.52. Lion bar and nice bling at the end 😅😃
