Melonie Goodall, Rachel Hancock and Mary White competed in the Ian Hesketh Memorial Duathlo.
This a great local event, really friendly atmosphere, starts with a 5k trail run round lower Rivinton, then 3 laps on the bike on the roads around the reservoir, then repeat the run.
Lostock AC had some fantastic performances with Rachel and Mary winning their age categories.
This is a fantastic entry level event for anyone interested in trying a duathlon.
