Jo and Rachel took part in the Decathlon and Tri Rivington 5k run on Sunday morning.
The 5k was run was a collaboration aiming at encouraging more people to run. The run started on Royton Road and participants completed a loop taking in the trails and track of Rivington. This was not a timed race and this allowed Jo and Rachel to enjoy to scenery and have an enjoyable Sunday morning run.
There was also a strong Lostock AC turnout at the Warrington Festival of Running, with members taking on both the half marathon and 10K.
