Jo completed the Wilmslow 10k. This is a fast a popular race starting in Wilmslow town centre, the route completes a loop around the town returning to the centre. The weather did not deter runner with 4,854 runners taking part. Jo had an excellent race finishing in 47:13.

As part of our Wednesday social run, we completed a Foodbank run to Horwich Foodshare. Lostockers took food and supplies that will be donated to local families in Horwich.

Saturday saw the second instalment of the South EastLancashire Cross Country. The ladies race starts at 13:20 and sees participants completing 3 laps of a very muddy and undulating field.
