Lostock AC member, Johanna McManus joined 783 runners as the 2023 Bury 10k. This race has increased in popularity since it started in 2016. The race starts and finishes at The Rock. The race heads out of Bury across the River Irwell to Tottington. Runners complete a U-turn and head back in to the centre of Bury.
McManus had an amazing run completing the 10k in an impressive 47:55. She was the 11th female to cross the finish line and was the winner of her age category.
